Robert Noggle focuses his practice on negotiating short sales, loan modifications, home mediation and foreclosures. Gary considers him a negotiation wizard and has arranged to have him speak to my Membership Plan Clients. Almost all of us are underwater on our property and we will have to deal with the banks sooner or later.
